Noorizah Hj Abd Hamid, a Malaysian aged 50, was appointed as the Managing Director of PLUS Expressways Berhad on 1 April 2007. Prior to that, she was the Managing Director of Faber Group Berhad (Faber Group) from 17 March 2003. She was also the Managing Director of Faber Hotels Holdings Sdn Bhd since 3 August 2002. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration, majoring in Finance and Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the Central Michigan University, United States of America

She was posted to PLUS as Senior General Manager, Finance in 1997 before assuming her designation as the Chief Operating Officer of Faber Group on 9 August 1999. During her tenure in Faber Group she has also been appointed as a Director of various subsidiary companies of Faber Group

Tengku Dato’ Sri Azmil Zahruddin was appointed to MAS Board on 23 August 2004 then as Executive Director on 23 August 2005 and later as Executive Director/CFO on 1 February 2006.

He was the Managing Director/Chief Financial Officer of Penerbangan Malaysia Berhad (PMB) prior to that. Before PMB, he was with PricewaterhouseCoopers in their London and Hong Kong offices, where he was in the Audit and Business Advisory Services division, specialising in Banking and Capital Markets. While in Pricewaterhousecoopers, he was involved in a number of audit and advisory assignments involving risk management advisory, IPOs, structured transactions and derivatives products.

      Omar became president, CEO and executive director of Maybank in 2008 after a stint at Telekom Malaysia, a local state-invested telecom group where he was CEO for four years. A chartered accountant, he spent about ten years in the financial industry starting his career in banking in 1998 at the corporate banking department of Bumiputra Merchant Bankers and later took became director of group corporate services and divisional director of Amanah Capital Partners overseeing discount houses and broking firms. Omar is the chairman of the Association of Banks and a council member of the Institute of Bankers, Malaysia.
